# Sign Up & Log In

> Create your Bella Booking account, verify your email, and log in — with Google, Apple, or email and password.

## Create Your Account

To get started with Bella Booking, visit [bellabooking.com](https://bellabooking.com) and click **Start Free Trial**. Your account includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.

Registration is a two-step process:

### Step 1 — Business Details

Enter your **business name** and confirm your **country**. Your country is auto-detected from your browser, but you can change it if needed. Bella uses this to set your default currency and timezone.

You'll also need to agree to the [privacy policy](https://bellabooking.com/privacy) and [terms and conditions](https://bellabooking.com/terms-and-conditions) before continuing.

### Step 2 — Create Your Login

Choose one of three ways to create your account:

    Uses your Apple ID. Available on all devices, not just Apple products.

**Or use email and password** — fill in your full name, email address, and a password that meets the requirements below.

## Password Requirements

If you sign up with email and password, your password must include:

* At least **8 characters**
* At least one **uppercase** letter
* At least one **lowercase** letter
* At least one **number**
* At least one **special character** (e.g. `!`, `@`, `#`, `$`, `%`, `^`, `&`, `*`)

## After You Sign Up

Once your account is created, you're automatically redirected to the login page. Sign in using the method you registered with (Google, Apple, or your email and password), and you'll land in the **onboarding wizard** — a guided setup that helps you configure your business, add services, import clients, and invite your team.

## Logging In

Go to [app.bellabooking.com](https://app.bellabooking.com) and sign in with the same method you used to register:

* **Google** — click "Continue with Google"
* **Apple** — click "Continue with Apple"
* **Email and password** — enter your email and password

<Warning>If you signed up with Google, you must log in with Google. The same applies to Apple. Your sign-in method is tied to how you originally registered.</Warning>

## Installing the App

Bella Booking is a web app that works in any modern browser. You can also install it on your phone or desktop for quick access — see [Install on Your Phone](/getting-started/pwa).

## FAQs

**Q: I didn't receive a verification email**
A: Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, try signing in at [app.bellabooking.com](https://app.bellabooking.com) — the verification step will reappear and you can request a new email.

**Q: I see "a user with this email address already exists"**
A: This means an account with your email already exists. Try [signing in](https://app.bellabooking.com) instead. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.

**Q: My Google or Apple sign-in failed**
A: Make sure you're using the same provider you originally registered with. If you signed up with Google, you need to log in with Google — and vice versa for Apple. If the problem persists, contact us at [hello@bellabooking.com](mailto:hello@bellabooking.com).

**Q: Can I change my sign-in method later?**
A: Your sign-in method is set when you create your account. If you need to change it, contact support at [hello@bellabooking.com](mailto:hello@bellabooking.com).

**Q: Is my data secure?**
A: Yes. Bella Booking uses industry-standard encryption and secure authentication powered by Auth0. Your password is never stored in plain text.

**Q: What happens after the 14-day trial?**
A: You can continue using Bella Booking by choosing a plan. See [Billing](/settings/billing) for details on plans and pricing.
