Introduction

Once you’ve enabled online booking, the next step is making sure clients can find your booking page. This guide covers every way to share your booking link — from a simple copy-paste to QR codes, website embeds, and social media integration. In the app: Go to the Share page (accessible from your dashboard or command palette) to copy your link, download a QR code, and get embed code — all in one place.

Finding Your Booking URL

Your booking URL is available in several places:
  1. Share page — The dedicated hub for sharing and integration. Copy your link, download a QR code, and get embed code.
  2. Dashboard — Your booking URL is displayed at the top of the dashboard with a copy button.
  3. Settings → Online Booking — The original location, with a link to the Share page.
  4. Command palette — Search for “booking link” or “share” to navigate directly.

QR Code

A QR code lets clients scan and open your booking page instantly — perfect for physical locations. Where to use it:
  • Reception desk or front counter
  • Business cards
  • Window signage or A-frame signs
  • Flyers and promotional materials
  • Price lists and menus
How to get it:
  1. Go to the Share page
  2. Your QR code is generated automatically
  3. Click Download PNG to save a high-resolution image with your business name
The downloaded image includes your business name and “Scan to book online” text, ready for print.

Add to Your Website

The easiest approach — add a “Book Now” link anywhere on your website that points to your booking URL.

HTML button

For a styled button, the Share page provides a ready-to-use HTML snippet:
<a href="YOUR_BOOKING_URL" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"
   style="display:inline-block;padding:12px 24px;background-color:#4F46E5;color:#ffffff;font-family:system-ui,-apple-system,sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-weight:600;text-decoration:none;border-radius:8px;">
  Book Now
</a>
Copy this from the Share page (it includes your actual booking URL) and paste it into your website’s HTML.

Tips

  • Place the button prominently — ideally visible without scrolling
  • Add it to multiple pages: homepage, services page, contact page
  • If you have a services page, consider linking each service description to your booking page

  • Window signage
  • Flyers and brochures

Tip: A QR code is often more practical on print materials than a long URL. Download yours from the Share page.

FAQs

Q: Where do I find my booking URL? A: The quickest way is the Share page (accessible from the dashboard or command palette). It’s also shown on Settings → Online Booking and on your dashboard. Q: Can I customise my booking URL? A: Your booking URL is automatically generated based on your business name. Contact support if you need to change it. Q: Does the QR code update if my URL changes? A: Yes. If your URL changes, download a new QR code from the Share page. Previously printed QR codes will no longer work. Q: Do I need a Google Business Profile? A: It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended. Many clients find local businesses through Google Search, and a booking link there makes it easy for them to book directly.
