FAQs
Q: Where do I find my booking URL? A: The quickest way is the Online Booking page (in the main sidebar, or via the command palette). It’s also shown in Online Booking Settings and at the top of your dashboard. Q: Can I customise my booking URL? A: Your booking URL is automatically generated based on your business name. Contact support if you need to change it. Q: Why does my booking link end in.com.au (or .com)?
A: Your booking link uses the domain that matches your business’s country. Australian businesses get a .com.au booking link; businesses elsewhere get a .com link. Bella picks the right one automatically from your business’s country setting — you don’t need to do anything. Always share the link exactly as it appears on the Online Booking page (and in your QR code and embed code), and it’ll point to the correct domain for your business.
Q: Does the QR code update if my URL changes?
A: Yes. If your URL changes, download a new QR code from the Online Booking page. Previously printed QR codes will no longer work.
Q: Do I need a Google Business Profile?
A: It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended. Many clients find local businesses through Google Search, and a booking link there makes it easy for them to book directly.
