Introduction

Social media is where many of your clients spend time and discover businesses. Adding your booking link to your social profiles makes it easy for followers and potential clients to book directly. Before you start: Copy your booking URL from the Share page in Bella Booking.

Instagram

Your Instagram bio is the primary place clients will look for a booking link.
  1. Open Instagram and go to your Profile
  2. Tap Edit Profile
  3. Find the Website field
  4. Paste your Bella Booking URL
  5. Tap Done
Your booking link now appears on your profile, and clients can tap it to book.

Story link stickers

When posting Instagram Stories, you can add a direct booking link:
  1. Create or upload your story content
  2. Tap the Sticker icon (the square smiley face)
  3. Select the Link sticker
  4. Paste your booking URL
  5. Customise the sticker text (e.g., “Book Now”, “Book Your Appointment”)
  6. Position the sticker on your story
Tip: Use link stickers regularly — when showing your work, promoting availability, or sharing special offers.

Posts and Reels

Instagram doesn’t support clickable links in post captions, but you can:
  • Direct people to your bio link: “Book through the link in our bio”
  • Use your booking URL in post captions for clients to copy manually

Facebook

Action button

Facebook business pages support a prominent “Book Now” button:
  1. Go to your Facebook Business Page
  2. Click the Edit button (or three dots menu)
  3. Select Action Button
  4. Choose Book Now
  5. Select Link to website
  6. Paste your Bella Booking URL
  7. Click Save
The “Book Now” button now appears prominently on your Facebook page.

About section

Add your booking URL to your page’s About section too:
  1. Go to your Facebook Page
  2. Click About (or Edit Page Info)
  3. Add your booking URL to the Website field
  4. Save

Posts

Include your booking URL in Facebook posts to encourage bookings:
“Still a few spots available this week! Book online: YOUR_BOOKING_URL”
Unlike Instagram, Facebook supports clickable links in post text.

TikTok

If you have a TikTok business account:
  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Tap Edit Profile
  3. Find the Website field (business accounts only)
  4. Paste your booking URL
  5. Save
Note: The website field is only available for TikTok business accounts. If you have a personal account, switch to a business account in Settings → Manage Account → Switch to Business Account.

LinkedIn

If your business has a LinkedIn page:
  1. Go to your LinkedIn Company Page
  2. Click Edit PagePage Info
  3. Add your booking URL to the Website field
  4. Save

General Tips

  • Consistency: Add your booking link to every social platform you’re active on
  • Call to action: Regularly remind followers they can book online — don’t assume they know
  • QR codes in content: Download your QR code from the Share page and include it in social media posts or stories
  • Bio optimisation: Keep your social media bios concise with a clear call to action: “Book online 24/7 ↓“

FAQs

Q: Should I use a link-in-bio service (like Linktree)? A: If you need multiple links in your bio, a link-in-bio service works well. Add your Bella Booking URL as the primary/top link so it’s the first thing clients see. Q: Can I track which bookings come from social media? A: Bella Booking distinguishes between online bookings and appointments created from the dashboard, which you can see in the Booking Source report. This shows whether clients booked themselves online or whether the appointment was created manually — but it does not track individual social media platforms as separate sources. Q: Do I need to update these links if my booking URL changes? A: Yes. If your booking URL changes (e.g., if you change your business name), update it on all platforms. Copy the new URL from the Share page.
