Social media is where many of your clients spend time and discover businesses. Adding your booking link to your social profiles makes it easy for followers and potential clients to book directly. Before you start: Copy your booking URL from the Share page in Bella Booking.Bio link
Your Instagram bio is the primary place clients will look for a booking link.- Open Instagram and go to your Profile
- Tap Edit Profile
- Find the Website field
- Paste your Bella Booking URL
- Tap Done
Story link stickers
When posting Instagram Stories, you can add a direct booking link:- Create or upload your story content
- Tap the Sticker icon (the square smiley face)
- Select the Link sticker
- Paste your booking URL
- Customise the sticker text (e.g., “Book Now”, “Book Your Appointment”)
- Position the sticker on your story
Posts and Reels
Instagram doesn’t support clickable links in post captions, but you can:- Direct people to your bio link: “Book through the link in our bio”
- Use your booking URL in post captions for clients to copy manually
Action button
Facebook business pages support a prominent “Book Now” button:- Go to your Facebook Business Page
- Click the Edit button (or three dots menu)
- Select Action Button
- Choose Book Now
- Select Link to website
- Paste your Bella Booking URL
- Click Save
About section
Add your booking URL to your page’s About section too:- Go to your Facebook Page
- Click About (or Edit Page Info)
- Add your booking URL to the Website field
- Save

Include your booking URL in Facebook posts to encourage bookings:“Still a few spots available this week! Book online: YOUR_BOOKING_URL”Unlike Instagram, Facebook supports clickable links in post text.

If you have a TikTok business account:- Go to your Profile
- Tap Edit Profile
- Find the Website field (business accounts only)
- Paste your booking URL
- Save
- Go to your LinkedIn Company Page
- Click Edit Page → Page Info
- Add your booking URL to the Website field
- Save

- Consistency: Add your booking link to every social platform you’re active on
- Call to action: Regularly remind followers they can book online — don’t assume they know
- QR codes in content: Download your QR code from the Share page and include it in social media posts or stories
