Overview

Programmes brings together the ways Bella Booking helps you win clients, bring them back, and reward their loyalty. Each programme runs automatically once you set it up — there’s nothing to chase at the till and no codes for clients to remember (unless you want them). Open Programmes from the main sidebar for an at-a-glance overview of how each programme is performing, with a shortcut into every programme’s settings and its report.

The programmes

New-client offer

A welcome discount that applies automatically on a client’s very first appointment — online or at the till. Part of Messages Plus.

Birthday reward

A birthday discount with a greeting and a pre-expiry reminder, recognised automatically once a year. Part of Messages Plus.

Loyalty programme

A points-based programme — clients earn points on every visit and redeem them for discounts at checkout.

Referrals

Reward clients who introduce their friends with a unique share link and fixed-amount discounts.

What they have in common

The New-client offer and Birthday reward are both built on the same simple model, so once you’ve set up one the other will feel familiar:
  • A discount you choose — a percentage off or a fixed amount off.
  • Applied automatically — Bella recognises the right client at online booking and at the till, and applies the discount to their bill. There’s no code to remember and nothing to track by hand.
  • Or delivered as a code — prefer a code? Switch the reward to Code mode and the client enters it at booking, or gives it to you at the till. The code only works for clients who qualify.
  • Optional minimum spend — require a minimum bill before the reward applies.
  • Choose who qualifies — narrow the audience with the same client filters you use for campaigns, or leave it open to everyone.

Loyalty and referrals don’t need Messages Plus — they share the same plan feature but are configured separately (Loyalty, Referrals). This section focuses on the New-client offer and Birthday reward, which are Messages Plus programmes.

The New client offers and Birthday rewards reports are always listed under Insights → Reports and need a plan that includes messaging. See Reports for the full list.
